In July, 2001, 42 choristers and chaperones form St. Lukes Parish, Darien, CT. made the pilgrimage to Canterbury where they sang every day as choir in residence in the famous Canterbury Cathedral. Living right in the Cathedral Precincts was thrilling. Europe Europe Europe Europe Europe Europe Europe.

In June 2001, we took 133 beautiful women f
rom Portsmouth, NH to Ireland. Voices from the Heart directed by Joanne Connolly, performed in both the north and the south where they raised hundreds of pounds for local women's refuges or shelters. And had the time of their lives!

The choir set up a web-site all about their tour which is a terrific testament to their wonderful shared and individual  experiences while on tour. Click here for Voices From The Heart on-line Ireland tour photo album.   We will use a few of their excellent photos below to illustrate how all of our tours involve a carefully planned itinerary of performances,  as well as sightseeing and social activities, guaranteeing our travellers a most rewarding and enjoyable touring experience.

Every tour has an all important social aspect. Here the Dublin Welsh Male Voice Choir bask in their renowned "afterglow" after a joint performance with the Voices in Dublin. This was quite a night....and there were quite a few hangovers the next morning!

Each tour is carefully designed to offer as varied and interesting sightseeing excursions as possible. Here the choir watch the expert craftsmen at work creating another masterpiece at Waterford Crystal, and are held spellbound as this tour guide recounts the colorful local history of Kilkenny.
